Create and Assign a Task as a Taskmaster

For help logging in to your account, please refer to Log In and Log Out of the Kura Portal.

1.1 Create a Task From the Side Navigation Bar

1. On the left side of the Kura Portal, click on MY ADMIN SETTINGS.

2. Click on TASKS OVERVIEW.

1.2 Create a Task from the Top Navigation Bar

1. On the top side of the Kura Portal, click on on MY ADMIN SETTINGS.

2. Click on TASKS OVERVIEW.

1.3 Create a Task from the Manage Users Page

For help getting to Manager Users page, please refer to Search and Manage User Information Using My Kura Coordinator Portal.

1.4 Create a Task from the Encounter Room

2. Create and Assign a Task to Assignee(s)

1. Assign the person by typing in the name. More than one person can be assigned to a task.

2. Provide either a Due Date -OR- Estimate time to complete.

3. Name the Task and/or directive.

4. Select a Category the Task relates to.

5. Click SUBMIT to create the task.

3. Created Task is Displayed on the Assignee's My Dashboard and Taskmaster Task Overview

1. You can reassign task to different assignee(s) by clicking the REASSIGN button, then adding name(s).

2. You can update the task status by clicking the UPDATE button and leaving it as Open, In Progress, or Close.
