As a Provider, "How can I automatically record my encounters?"

Answer:

You need to be set up with a Zoom Pro account. In order for a provider to set up with a Zoom Pro Account, which in turn will allow that provider to have their encounter videos recorded automatically, you will need to contact support at helpme@kura.md including the provider’s username. Our developers will enable it for that account. Once it is set up, here is what to expect: Once the Zoom meeting is ended, the file will be available and back in our portal within an hour. The patient is able to view the Zoom video file in their Visits page. It saves two files, one audio only (MP3) file and one with audio and video (MP4). As a coordinator, this file is now visible in the Recent Encounters page, underneath the Files section for that encounter. Click on the link for the file and it auto-downloads to your local machine.
