Answer a Client call with a DID as a Coordinator

1. Kura Phone Rings on Direct Coordinator Line

  1. Client Name
  2. Caller Name
  3. Number of phone caller
  4. DID number that caller dialed to

2. Answer the Call

"Thank you for calling the [Client Name] Telemedicine Line.  This is [Coordinator Name] speaking.  How may I help you?"

If there is no client DID, then "Thank you for calling Kura MD.  This is [Coordinator Name] speaking. How may I help you?"
