2. Update Vitals

Tips & Hints! Use the patient link to go back to the edit patient page. You can enter whole numbers or decimals for all of the vitals fields.

Tips & Hints! Click on each of the drop down menus and check all that apply for each of the sections, eg. Constitutional, etc.

Tips & Hints! This section will only show if the patient has their sex in the profile page as Female.

12. Enter Allergies

Tips & Hints! If the patient has no allergies, click on the NO ALLERGIES TO REPORT button. The button should turn gray when it is clicked. To add an allergy, click on the ADD ALLERGY button and enter the allergy information. Click the red X button to remove an entry.

Tips & Hints! If the patient has no allergies, click on the NO MEDICATIONS TO REPORT button. The button should turn gray when it is clicked. To add an allergy, click on the ADD MEDICATION button and enter the allergy information. Click the red X button to remove an entry.
