Schedule and Manage Appointments Using My Kura Provider Portal
For help logging in to your account, please refer to Log In and Log Out of the Kura Portal
1. Go to Create Appointment Page From the Side Navigation Bar

1.2. Or the Dashboard
2. Navigate to the Calendar Tab
3. Select a Provider
Tips & Hints! You will be selected by default. Search by first or last name to find a provider.
4. Select a Patient
Tips & Hints! Search by first and last name to find a patient.
5. Select a Location (Optional)
Tips & Hints! Selecting a location does not effect the appointment in any way.
6. Select a Day for the Appointment
Tips & Hints! Once a date is selected, the view will automatically switch to day. Refer to the Legend above the calendar to differentiate between the different schedule and encounter types. The colors may be different depending on the branding that your client has.
7. Select the Time for the Appointment
Tips & Hints! Click and drag along the time slots to make an appointment that is longer than 15 minutes.
8. Enter the Reason for Your Visit
Tips & Hints! When an appointment is created the patient will receive a confirmation email for them to approve or deny the appointment. The chief complaint can be edited in the encounter room after it has been set.
9. Change the Appointment Start Time
Tips & Hints! Click and hold the appointment slot and drag it to a different time.
10. Change the Length of the Appointment
Tips & Hints! Click the white = on the appointment slot and drag it to a different time.
